Start With Your Concern

What’s on your mind?

You don’t need to know the treatment — that’s our job. Pick the concern you see in the mirror and we’ll show you what actually works for it, what it costs, what to do at home, and what to expect. Every plan starts with a free consultation and a Visia Skin Analysis (a $500 value) under the medical direction of Sarah Wilson, MD.

Concern 01

Fine lines & wrinkles

Every smile, squint and frown folds the skin in the same place. Early on, those creases vanish when your face relaxes. As collagen thins they start to stay — first as dynamic lines that show with expression, then as etched lines you see at rest. The fix depends on which kind you have, and most faces have both.

What works

  • BOTOX® Cosmetic, Dysport® or Xeomin®Wrinkle relaxers soften the muscle activity behind frown lines, forehead lines and crow’s feet — mapped to your expressions so you still look like you. Visible in 3–7 days (Dysport often in 2–3), lasting 3–4 months.About 30 minutes · No downtime · $15/unit list; members $12.75/unit for Botox and as low as $9/unit for Dysport and Xeomin
  • CoolPeel® CO₂ laserFractional CO₂ resurfacing for etched-in lines, crepey texture and sun damage — a day or two of redness rather than a week away.About 30 minutes · 1–3 sessions · $999 list / $849 members · three for $2,499 ($833 per treatment; members $2,124, $708 per treatment)
  • Microneedling — VirtueRF or SkinPen®Rebuilds collagen where lines have set in; the radiofrequency version adds firming for skin that has started to loosen.45–60 minutes · 3–5 sessions · SkinPen $399 / $339 members · VirtueRF $999 / $849 members
  • Dermal fillerFor the deeper folds a relaxer can’t reach — smile lines and marionette lines — and for lines caused by lost volume rather than movement.About 30 minutes · Minimal downtime · $799 per syringe/area / $679 members

A typical plan

A relaxer every 3–4 months keeps dynamic lines soft. Most guests add one skin-quality treatment a year — a CoolPeel or a microneedling series — for the etched lines and texture a relaxer doesn’t touch. Your Visia scan shows where each is doing the work.

Concern 02

Volume loss & early sagging

Cheeks flatten, folds deepen and the jawline softens for a reason you can’t see: the fat pads and bone that hold the face up shrink and shift with age, and collagen production slows. It’s why a well-rested face can still read as tired. Restoring support — not stretching skin — is what makes the difference.

What works

  • Dermal fillersImmediate, natural-looking volume for cheeks, temples, folds and jawline, refining over two weeks. Placed conservatively, and reversible.About 30 minutes · Minimal downtime (possible swelling or bruising) · $799 per syringe/area / $679 members
  • Sculptra®Triggers your own collagen so volume returns gradually and naturally — results build over weeks and last up to two years.About 30–45 minutes · 2–3 sessions, 4–6 weeks apart · $999 per session / $849 members
  • Radiesse®Immediate lift plus long-term collagen stimulation; a favorite for the jawline and for the backs of the hands. Lasts 12–24 months.About 30 minutes · Typically 1 visit · $999 per session / $849 members
  • VirtueRF microneedlingRadiofrequency firming for early laxity along the jaw and neck — for skin that needs tightening more than filling.45–60 minutes · 3–5 sessions · $999 / $849 members · three for $2,499 ($833 per treatment; members $2,124, $708 per treatment)

A typical plan

Filler where you want volume now; Sculptra or Radiesse when you’d rather rebuild gradually over a couple of sessions; RF microneedling when the skin itself has loosened. Many plans pair a collagen stimulator with a relaxer for a result that reads as rest, not work.

Concern 03

Under-eye hollows & dark circles

A hollow between the lower lid and the cheek — the tear trough — casts a shadow that reads as darkness or tiredness no matter how much you sleep. Thin skin, volume loss and genetics all play a part. Not every dark circle is a hollow, though: pigment, allergies and puffiness need a different plan, and the consultation sorts out which you have.

What works

  • Tear-trough fillerA small amount of hyaluronic acid filler placed to soften the hollow so the shadow lifts — conservative by design, and reversible.About 30 minutes · Minimal downtime · $799 per syringe/area / $679 members
  • SkinPen® microneedlingFor fine lines and crepey texture in the thin skin below the eye.45–60 minutes · 3–5 sessions · $399 / $339 members

A typical plan

One syringe often treats both sides; expect about two weeks for the filler to settle. If the darkness is pigment rather than shadow, we’ll steer you toward a brightening skincare plan instead of filler — and say so.

Concern 04

Thin or uneven lips

Lips lose volume and definition with time, and plenty of us never had the fullness we wanted. The goal here is never a bigger lip — it’s a better-shaped one: symmetry, a defined border, hydration, and a size that fits your face.

What works

  • Lip fillerVolume, definition and hydration, placed a little at a time. Immediate result, settles over about two weeks, lasts 6–12 months.About 45 minutes · Swelling for 24–48 hours · $799 per syringe / $679 members
  • Lip flipA few units of wrinkle relaxer along the upper lip border let the lip roll slightly outward to show more of what you already have — subtle, and a good first step.About 30 minutes · No downtime · Priced per unit: $15/unit list; members $12.75 (Botox) or as low as $9 (Dysport, Xeomin)

A typical plan

Most first visits use a single syringe, then a touch-up as the volume softens. Guests who want the subtlest change start with a lip flip and add filler later, if at all.

Concern 05

Jawline & chin definition

A soft jawline is usually a support problem, not a skin problem: the chin and jaw lose bone, fat pads shift, and the angle blurs. Structure can be rebuilt with fillers that hold their shape; skin that has loosened along the jaw responds to radiofrequency.

What works

  • Radiesse®Immediate structure and lift for the jaw angle and chin, plus collagen stimulation that keeps working. Lasts 12–24 months.About 30 minutes · Minimal downtime · $999 per session / $849 members
  • Dermal fillerHyaluronic acid filler to sharpen the angle, project the chin and balance the profile.About 30 minutes · Minimal downtime · $799 per syringe/area / $679 members
  • VirtueRF microneedlingTightens along the jaw and under the chin when laxity, not volume, is the issue.45–60 minutes · 3–5 sessions · $999 / $849 members

A typical plan

Start with the chin: projecting it often does more for the jawline than treating the jaw itself. Then define the angle, and add RF microneedling if the skin along the jaw has loosened.

Concern 06

Acne scars, texture & pores

Rolling and boxcar scars, enlarged pores and rough texture all come down to the same thing: collagen that was lost or laid down unevenly. Treatments that create controlled micro-injury prompt the skin to rebuild it — smoother and more even with each session.

What works

  • Microneedling — VirtueRF or SkinPen®The workhorse for acne scars and texture; radiofrequency adds heat for firming and deeper remodeling.45–60 minutes · 3–5 sessions, 4–6 weeks apart · SkinPen $399 / $339 members · VirtueRF $999 / $849 members, three for $2,499 ($833 per treatment; members $2,124, $708 per treatment)
  • CoolPeel® CO₂ laserFractional CO₂ that takes texture and pores further, with a day or two of redness.About 30 minutes · 1–3 sessions · $999 / $849 members · three for $2,499 ($833 per treatment; members $2,124, $708 per treatment)
  • Chemical peels — VI Peel®Evens tone and refines the surface; pairs with microneedling in our combo treatment.About 30 minutes · Peeling on days 3–7 · $399 / $339 members
  • Elluminate® laser facialLight-based option for the redness and discoloration scars leave behind.About 45 minutes · None to minimal downtime · $999 / $849 members

A typical plan

Active breakouts get treated first — another advantage of a med spa inside a dermatology practice. Then a microneedling series, with CoolPeel for the stubborn areas, and a peel or Elluminate for the color left behind.

Concern 07

Brown spots & sun damage

Pigment is Georgia sun’s signature: freckling, sun spots, uneven tone and melasma-prone patches. Light-based treatments break the pigment up so the body clears it, peels lift diffuse discoloration, and skincare keeps it from coming back. Your Visia scan photographs the UV damage under the surface you can’t see yet — the plan starts there.

What works

  • Elluminate® laser facialFour wavelengths in one session, tuned to your skin tone, for sun spots, uneven tone and texture.About 45 minutes · None to minimal downtime · $999 / $849 members · series of three $2,499 ($833 per treatment; members $2,124, $708 per treatment)
  • IPL photofacialIntense pulsed light for brown spots, broken capillaries and blotchy tone, over a short series.About 30 minutes · 3–5 sessions · $399 / $339 members
  • Chemical peels — VI Peel®Lifts diffuse discoloration and melasma-prone tone.About 30 minutes · Peeling on days 3–7 · $399 / $339 members
  • CoolPeel® CO₂ laserWhen sun damage comes with texture change and fine lines.About 30 minutes · 1–3 sessions · $999 / $849 members · three for $2,499 ($833 per treatment; members $2,124, $708 per treatment)

A typical plan

A short series of light treatments a few weeks apart, then a touch-up each year after summer. Daily sunscreen is the part that decides whether the results last.

Concern 08

Redness & visible vessels

Flushing, persistently pink cheeks and fine broken capillaries come from vessels sitting close to the surface. Light-based treatments target the red so the vessels collapse and fade while the skin around them is left alone.

What works

  • Elluminate® laser facialTargets diffuse redness and visible vessels along with tone and texture.About 45 minutes · None to minimal downtime · $999 / $849 members
  • IPL photofacialThe classic treatment for broken capillaries and flushing, over a short series.About 30 minutes · 3–5 sessions · $399 / $339 members

A typical plan

Redness typically responds over a short series of two to three sessions, then a yearly maintenance visit. Calming, barrier-repairing skincare in between keeps flushing quieter.

Concern 09

Acne & breakouts

Breakouts happen when pores clog, oil builds and bacteria move in — and adult acne plays by its own hormonal rules. Cosmetic treatments clear congestion and calm the skin between flares. Moderate to severe acne needs prescription care first, and that is one door down.

What works

  • Chemical peels — VI Peel®Clears congestion, calms active breakouts and fades the marks they leave.About 30 minutes · Peeling on days 3–7 · $399 / $339 members
  • SkinWave hydrating facialDeep cleanse, gentle exfoliation and hydration that keep breakout-prone skin in balance — monthly is the sweet spot.About 30 minutes · Zero downtime · $199 / $99 members
  • Elluminate® laser facialFor the red marks and scarring acne leaves behind.About 45 minutes · None to minimal downtime · $999 / $849 members
  • MicroneedlingOnce skin is clear, remodels the scars (see acne scars & texture).45–60 minutes · 3–5 sessions · from $399 / $339 members

A typical plan

Get active acne under control first — the dermatologists in our building handle prescriptions. Then peels or a monthly SkinWave for upkeep, and microneedling for any scarring left behind.

Dull, dry, tired skin

Dead cells pile up, hydration drops, and light stops bouncing off your skin the way it used to. These are the fastest resets we offer: no downtime, an immediate glow, and a habit that pays off when it’s regular.

What works

  • SkinWave hydrating facialDeep cleanse, exfoliation and serious hydration in 30 minutes.About 30 minutes · Zero downtime · $199 / $99 members

  • A light chemical peelResets the surface when dullness comes with uneven tone.About 30 minutes · Peeling on days 3–7 · VI Peel $399 / $339 members

A typical plan

A monthly SkinWave — $99 for Club members, which is how most regulars do it — with dermaplaning before events. Add a peel each season if tone is part of the story.

Unwanted hair — face & body

Shaving, waxing and plucking treat the symptom every few days. Laser hair removal targets the follicle itself over a series of sessions timed to the growth cycle, for long-lasting reduction — with settings chosen for your skin tone under dermatologist medical direction.

What works

  • Laser hair removalProgressive reduction each session; 6–8 sessions, 4–8 weeks apart. Five-session packages lock in the best rate, and Club members keep touch-ups free.15–60 minutes by area · No downtime (mild redness possible) · Five sessions: small area $700 / $475 members ($95 a session) · medium $1,400 / $975 · large $3,500 / $2,475
  • DermaplaningFor fine, light facial hair (peach fuzz) that lasers are not designed for — instant, with a skin-smoothing bonus.About 30 minutes · No downtime · Add-on $30 / $25.50 members

A typical plan

A five-session package on the area that bothers you most, with sessions spaced to the hair cycle. Come in with the area shaved and skip tanning beforehand; touch-ups after the series stay free for members.

Concern 12

Neck, chest & hands

The skin below the jaw gets the same sun and the same years, with less skincare and thinner skin to start with. Sun spots on the chest, crepey skin on the neck and thinning on the backs of the hands respond to the same tools we use on the face, dosed for the area.

What works

  • IPL photofacialClears sun spots and blotchy tone on the chest, neck and hands.About 30 minutes · 3–5 sessions · $399 / $339 members per session; larger areas are quoted at your consult
  • Elluminate® laser facialThe same four-wavelength treatment for sun damage on the chest and hands.About 45 minutes · None to minimal downtime · $999 / $849 members
  • Radiesse®Restores volume to the backs of the hands so veins and tendons recede. Lasts 12–24 months.About 30 minutes · Minimal downtime · $999 per session / $849 members
  • VirtueRF microneedlingFirms crepey skin on the neck, arms, abdomen and knees.45–60 minutes · 3–5 sessions · $999 / $849 members (face); body areas quoted at your consult

A typical plan

Treat the neck and chest alongside the face so tone matches, and add the hands when they give your age away first. Daily sunscreen below the jaw is the habit that keeps it all.
