BOTOX® Cosmetic

About the treatment

BOTOX® Cosmetic temporarily softens the muscle activity that creases the skin: frown lines between the brows, forehead lines, and crow’s feet. The medicine matters, but placement matters more. Our injectors work under the medical direction of a board-certified dermatologist and are trained to enhance expression, not erase it.

Whether you are maintaining a look you love or trying a wrinkle relaxer for the first time, your plan starts with a conversation about how you want to look — then a dosing map built for your anatomy. We also offer Dysport® and Xeomin®, and your provider will recommend the product that fits your goals and budget — Club members get Dysport® and Xeomin® for as low as $9 per unit.

How Botox works

Beneath every expression line is a muscle. BOTOX® Cosmetic temporarily relaxes that muscle so the skin above it stops creasing — here is exactly how a visit goes.

  1. MapYour injector studies how your face moves and marks a dosing map built around your anatomy and goals — reviewed under the medical direction of Sarah Wilson, MD. New guests start with a free consultation and Visia Skin Analysis.
  2. TreatA series of tiny, precise injections into the mapped points. The injecting itself takes about 10 minutes; most guests describe it as a quick pinch.
  3. SettleSmall bumps fade within the hour. Softening begins in 3–7 days, with your full result at about two weeks — smoother skin that still moves like you.
  4. MaintainResults typically last 3–4 months. Most members book a quick maintenance visit each quarter, and treated muscles often need less product over time.

Why we love it

Works with every skin type

Wrinkle relaxers are effective and well studied across all skin types and tones — and the most popular cosmetic treatment in America for a reason.

Subtle, not frozen

Conservative, anatomy-first dosing means you look rested, not surprised. We would rather see you twice than overdo it once.

More than wrinkles

The same medicine can soften a gummy smile, flip the upper lip, ease jaw clenching, and calm excessive underarm sweating — ask at your consult.

What to expect

Your visit takes about 30 minutes: a quick consult, a series of precise micro-injections, and you are done. Most guests describe it as a few quick pinches. You can return to normal activities immediately — we just ask you to skip strenuous exercise and avoid rubbing the area for the rest of the day.

Good to know

  • Results appear gradually over 3–7 days and settle by two weeks.
  • Plan maintenance every 3–4 months to stay ahead of lines.
  • Club members save 15% on every injectable visit.
  • Not recommended during pregnancy or while nursing.

Prep & aftercare

Simple rules, big payoff — here is exactly how to protect your result. You will also get these in writing after your visit.

Before your visit+
  • No special skin prep needed — you may keep your regular skincare routine before your appointment.
  • Tell us if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have ever had a reaction to a neuromodulator — treatment would not be appropriate.
  • Let us know about any neurological conditions before booking; some guests are not ideal candidates.
Aftercare, hour by hour+

First 4 hours

  • Stay upright — no napping or lying face-down.

First 24 hours

  • Skip strenuous exercise and alcohol.

First week

  • Don't rub, massage, or use a facial roller on the treated area.

First 2 weeks

  • Hold off on other facial treatments — lasers, facials, massages.
When results appear+
Results typically begin in 3–7 days and reach full effect around two weeks. With consistent treatment, the targeted muscles gradually weaken, and many guests find results last longer over time.

Frequently asked questions

How long does Botox last?+
Results typically last 3–4 months. Most guests plan maintenance visits on that schedule to stay ahead of lines re-forming.
When will I see results?+
Softening begins in 3–7 days and results settle fully by about two weeks. First-time patients are often asked back for a two-week check so dosing can be fine-tuned.
Will I look frozen?+
Not with conservative, well-placed dosing. Our injectors map treatment to your anatomy and expression under dermatologist direction — the goal is a rested version of you, not a different face.
Does it hurt?+
Most guests describe a few quick pinches. Appointments take about 30 minutes and there is no downtime — just avoid rubbing the area and skip strenuous exercise for the rest of the day.
How much does Botox cost?+
Botox is priced per unit and totals vary by area and dose — your exact price is confirmed at a free consultation before treatment. Club members save 15% on all injectables, and Dysport® and Xeomin® are available to members for as low as $9 per unit.
Botox, Dysport, or Xeomin — which is right for me?+
All three are FDA-approved neuromodulators that work the same way, with small differences in onset, spread, and formulation. Your injector will recommend one based on your goals, history, and budget at your consultation.

The Dermatology Difference

Physician medical direction

Every protocol operates under the medical direction of a board-certified dermatologist — not a franchise playbook.

Inside a dermatology practice

Our studios live inside real dermatology offices, with Mohs surgery and a dermatopathology lab behind the same walls.

Medical screening first

Health history and skin assessment before any treatment — and a Visia analysis so recommendations start from data.

A physician in the building

If anything ever needs a doctor’s eye, one is down the hall — not on a phone line.
