Botox inside West Georgia Dermatology
Carroll Cosmetic Club began in Carrollton, and the Dixie Street studio sits inside West Georgia Dermatology, part of the Carrollton community for more than 20 years. Your injector works in the same building as the practice’s board-certified dermatologists. Every Botox plan here is under the medical direction of Sarah Wilson, MD, board-certified dermatologist, who owns the practice and sees patients at this office. If you already come to West Georgia Dermatology for skin checks, your cosmetic visits belong to the same practice and the same record.
Finding the Carrollton studio
The studio is at 601 Dixie Street, Carrollton, GA 30117, south of downtown and near Tanner Medical Center. Look for the Carroll Cosmetic Club sign on the front of the building, beside the West Georgia Dermatology entrance. Parking is free, right in front. Your first Botox visit on Dixie Street
New guests start with a free consultation. Here is how a first visit usually goes.
- Consultation and VISIATell us which lines bother you and how much movement you want to keep. A VISIA Skin Analysis photographs your skin, so the plan starts from what the images show.
- A dose mapped to your faceYour injector watches how your face moves and maps the dose to that movement and to the result you want. We go over your plan and pricing at your free consultation.
- TreatmentA series of small, precise injections takes about 10 minutes, and the whole appointment about 30. Most guests describe a few quick pinches, and small bumps fade within the hour.
- A two-week checkSoftening starts in 3–7 days and settles by about two weeks. First-time guests are often asked back at that point so the dose can be fine-tuned.
After your treatment
There is little to no downtime, and you can return to normal activities right away. To protect your result, stay upright for four hours (no napping or lying face-down), skip strenuous exercise and alcohol for 24 hours, and don’t rub, massage, or roll the treated area for a week. Hold off on other facial treatments, such as lasers, facials, and massages, for two weeks. Results typically last 3–4 months, and most guests plan maintenance on that schedule; our guide to how often to get Botox explains the timing. BOTOX® Cosmetic is not recommended during pregnancy or while nursing. Individual results vary.
What Botox costs in Carrollton
BOTOX® Cosmetic is priced per unit: $15 a unit at list and $12.75 a unit for Club members, the same at all three of our studios. Your dose is mapped at your consultation, and the cost estimator on our main Botox page adds up typical ranges by area before you come in. BOTOX® visits also earn Allē rewards.
The Club is $99 a month with a 12-month commitment. Your $99 a month is credited to your account for treatments and products, so it is not an extra fee. Members save 15% on products and services and can use the membership at all three studios.

The Dixie Street studio serves guests from Villa Rica, Bremen, Temple, Bowdon, Roopville, Whitesburg, Mount Zion, Tallapoosa, and Douglasville, as well as the rest of Carroll County and east Alabama. If Coweta or Fayette County is closer to home, the same treatments and pricing are available at our studios for Botox in Newnan and Botox in Peachtree City.
