Filler inside West Georgia Dermatology
The Dixie Street studio is part of West Georgia Dermatology, so your filler appointment happens in a working dermatology office, with one front desk and one patient record. Filler is a medical treatment, and it is planned like one: your injector asks about your health history and medications, studies your features and proportions, and talks through what you want before anything is placed. Every filler plan here is under the medical direction of Sarah Wilson, MD, board-certified dermatologist, who owns the practice and sees patients in this building.
Finding the Dixie Street studio
Carroll Cosmetic Club Carrollton is at 601 Dixie Street, Carrollton, GA 30117, near Tanner Medical Center and directly across from the Tanner Specialty building. Park free in the lot at the front of the building, come in through the West Georgia Dermatology entrance, check in at the main desk, and mention Carroll Cosmetic Club; the cosmetic studio is just past the main reception. The fillers we use
Our hyaluronic-acid fillers come from the Restylane® family, including Restylane® Kysse, Restylane® Defyne, Restylane® Lyft, Restylane® Contour, Restylane®-L, and Restylane® Eyelight, a 0.5 mL syringe for under the eyes. Hyaluronic acid is a smooth gel that restores volume and shape, and it can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if you ever want it softened. For more structure along the jawline, some plans use Radiesse®, a calcium hydroxylapatite filler that adds volume right away and stimulates collagen over time. Your injector recommends a product for each area at your consultation.

Your first filler visit on Dixie Street
Every new guest starts with a free consultation. A first filler visit usually follows these four steps.
- Consultation and VISIATell us what you notice in the mirror, whether that is thinner lips, flatter cheeks, or hollows under the eyes. A VISIA Skin Analysis photographs your skin, so the plan starts from what the images show.
- A plan by area and syringeYou and your injector agree on the areas, the product, and the number of syringes for each. We go over your plan and pricing at your free consultation.
- Numbing and treatmentTopical numbing and the lidocaine built into most hyaluronic-acid fillers keep treatment comfortable, and most guests find it very tolerable. The injecting takes about 20 minutes, and you see the change before you leave.
- A two-week reviewSwelling settles over the first few days and the result settles by about two weeks, when we invite you back to review it and fine-tune if needed.
After your filler appointment
Tenderness, swelling, bruising, and a little firmness are normal for the first day, and Tylenol and ice packs help. Keep makeup and skincare off the injection sites until the next day, and skip strenuous exercise for 24 hours. For two weeks, avoid dental work, immunizations, laser treatments, and other cosmetic procedures, and plan filler at least two weeks before a wedding or another big event. Your aftercare instructions list the warning signs that need a call right away, such as white or dusky skin or severe pain. Filler is not appropriate during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Individual results vary.
What filler costs in Carrollton
Filler is priced per syringe, the same at all three of our studios: $799 at list and $679 for Club members. Club members can also buy the three-syringe package, buy two and get the third, for $1,500, which is as low as $500 a syringe. It covers lips, cheeks, smile lines, or chin, and the syringes can be placed across more than one visit. Under-eye filler uses Restylane® Eyelight at $999 a syringe, or $849 for members. The Club is $99 a month with a 12-month commitment. Your $99 a month is credited to your account for treatments and products, so it is not an extra fee. Restylane® and Sculptra® treatments also earn Aspire Galderma Rewards points.

Dr. Wilson is a dual board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs and cosmetic dermatologic surgeon, and she is the medical director of Carroll Cosmetic Club. Guests come to Dixie Street for filler from Villa Rica, Bremen, Bowdon, Temple, Whitesburg, Mount Zion, Cedartown, Tallapoosa, and Franklin, as well as the rest of Carroll County and east Alabama. If Coweta or Fayette County is closer to home, the same treatments and pricing are available at our studios for filler in Newnan and filler in Peachtree City.
