About the treatment

Dermal fillers use smooth hyaluronic acid gels to restore volume the face loses over time and to shape features you want defined: lips, cheeks, jawline, chin, and tear troughs. Your injector plans each area and each syringe with you at the consultation, keeps your proportions in balance, and aims for a result that reads as rested rather than done.

Every filler appointment is under the medical direction of Sarah Wilson, MD, and your injector will walk you through product choices and exactly what each placement will do before anything happens.

Watch

How Dermal Filler works

Dermal fillers restore volume where the face has lost it (cheeks, jawline, temples, under-eyes, and folds), using smooth hyaluronic-acid gels your body recognizes.

  1. PlanA free consultation with Visia imaging maps where volume loss is actually coming from, often not where you think, and builds a syringe-by-syringe plan.
  2. ComfortTopical numbing plus lidocaine built into the filler itself keeps treatment comfortable.
  3. SculptYour injector places filler in small, deliberate amounts, checking symmetry and movement as they go. Most visits take 30–45 minutes.
  4. RefineYou see most of the result immediately; swelling settles over 1–2 weeks, and we invite you back to review and fine-tune.

Why we love it

Immediate, adjustable results

You see the change before you leave, and HA fillers can be dissolved, so nothing about the plan is a one-way door.

Natural movement

Modern fillers are engineered to flex with expression. Placed well, nobody sees filler; they see rest.

Member value

Club members get filler as low as $500 a syringe in a three-syringe package, and every plan starts with a free consultation, not a sales pitch.

What to expect

After numbing, injections take about 20 minutes. You will see the change immediately, with mild swelling settling over a few days and final results at two weeks. Bruising is possible. Plan filler at least two weeks before big events.

Good to know

  • Results typically last 6–18 months depending on product and placement.
  • Hyaluronic acid fillers are reversible if you change your mind.
  • Club members save 15% on every injectable visit.
  • Avoid blood thinners and alcohol for 24–48 hours beforehand to limit bruising.

Prep & aftercare

Simple rules, big payoff: here is exactly how to protect your result. You will also get these in writing after your visit.

Before your visit+
  • Plan for possible swelling or bruising for 2–7 days. Book at least two weeks ahead of big events.
  • If you bruise easily, you may avoid aspirin, NSAIDs, and blood-thinning supplements for a week beforehand, but never stop a prescribed medication without asking your prescribing physician first.
  • Arnica tablets for 2–3 days before treatment can reduce bruising risk.
  • Tell us about cold sores. We may pre-treat with an antiviral, and we can't inject over open sores.
  • Space dental work, immunizations, or vaccines at least 2 weeks from your filler appointment. Call us to adjust timing.
  • Reschedule if you're sick, and tell us in advance about autoimmune conditions or immunosuppressive medication.
  • Filler isn't appropriate during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Aftercare, hour by hour+

First 24 hours

  • Tenderness, swelling, bruising, and firmness are normal. Tylenol and ice packs help.
  • Keep products and makeup off the injection sites until the next day, and don't touch them with unwashed hands.
  • Skip strenuous exercise.

First 2 weeks

  • Avoid dental work, immunizations, laser treatments, and other cosmetic procedures.

Call us immediately if

  • You notice white or dusky skin discoloration, unusual bruising, severe pain, itching, blistering, trouble with facial movement, or fever. Call our injectables line at (404) 913-1397.

Most hyaluronic-acid fillers last 6–18 months depending on the product used and the area treated. Your provider will tell you what to expect for your specific plan.

Hyaluronic-acid fillers can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if needed, one of the reasons we prefer HA products for most first-time filler patients.

The Dermatology Difference

Physician medical direction

Every protocol operates under the medical direction of a board-certified dermatologist, not a franchise playbook.

Inside a dermatology practice

Our studios live inside real dermatology offices, with Mohs surgery and a dermatopathology lab behind the same walls.

Medical screening first

Medical-grade screening before any laser treatment, and a Visia analysis so recommendations start from data.

A physician in the building

If anything ever needs a doctor’s eye, one is down the hall, not on a phone line.
