How the visit goes

  1. We listen first

    Your consultation starts with a conversation, not a sales pitch. What bothers you? What have you tried? What does a great outcome look like to you, and what are your timeline and budget? Your goals set the agenda.

  2. The Visia imaging, about two minutes

    You rest your chin in the Visia booth and it photographs your face in standard, cross-polarized, and ultraviolet light. Same camera, same lighting, same position every time, which is what makes your follow-up comparison honest.

  3. Your scores, explained

    On screen, together: eight views of your skin, each with a feature count, a score, and a percentile against guests of the same age and skin type, plus your TruSkin Age. Your consulter walks through what each one means for the goals you named, and which ones to leave alone.

  4. Your personalized plan

    Which treatments, in what order, and on what schedule. Skincare that matches your views, with SPF every time. Care is provided under the medical direction of Sarah Wilson, MD, board-certified dermatologist.

  5. The Club, if it fits

The analysis

Eight views of your skin, one honest number for each.

The Visia photographs your face in standard light, cross-polarized light, and ultraviolet, then isolates what each wavelength reveals. Every view gets a feature count, a score, and a percentile against guests of the same age and skin type, so “better” is measured, not felt, and your plan targets what the numbers show.

Before you book.

Is the consultation really free?+

Yes. The 30-minute consultation and the Visia Skin Analysis are complimentary for every new guest (a $500 value) with no purchase required. You keep your personalized plan either way.

What does the Visia do, exactly?+

It photographs your face in standard, cross-polarized, and ultraviolet light and analyzes eight features (spots, wrinkles, texture, pores, UV spots, brown spots, red areas, and porphyrins), giving each a feature count, a score, and a percentile against guests of the same age and skin type, plus a TruSkin Age. The imaging takes about two minutes and involves no contact, no radiation beyond ordinary camera flashes, and no downtime.

Do I have to buy anything?+

No. Some guests book a treatment the same day, some join the Club, and some take the plan home to think about it. All three are fine with us.

Should I come without makeup?+

Bare skin gives the most accurate images, so arrive without foundation or powder if you can. We can remove light makeup before your images are taken, and we can always take them again at a follow-up.

Can I have a treatment at the same visit?+

Often, yes. Wrinkle relaxers, SkinWave facials, and several other treatments can be done the same day if your consulter and provider agree it is appropriate and the schedule allows. Laser and filler plans sometimes need a separate appointment for preparation.

Will I see my own before and after later?+

Yes. Your images and scores stay on file, and at your follow-up consultation we capture the same views again and compare them side by side. Guests who choose to share their results appear on our before-and-after page, by first name only and with written permission.
