We’re at 112 Wilshire Village Drive in Wilshire Pavilion, on the corner of Highway 74 and Rockaway Road, directly across from the Wilshire Publix and Chick-fil-A, and minutes from Starr’s Mill. There is free parking at the door. And yes, the golf cart paths connect to Wilshire Village, so plenty of guests arrive the Peachtree City way; cart parking is right out front. Check in at the Peachtree City Dermatology desk and mention Carroll Cosmetic Club.

Guests come from Fayetteville, Tyrone, Brooks, Senoia, Sharpsburg, and the Starr’s Mill corridor, anywhere it beats driving into Atlanta for an expert injector or laser practitioner. Medical director Sarah Wilson, MD, a dual board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs and cosmetic dermatologic surgeon, is the medical director of Carroll Cosmetic Club and sees patients in this building. Treatments are performed by our expert injectors and licensed, laser-certified practitioners, who serve guests at all three studios; cosmetic consulter Abby Allen, who guides new guests through the free consultation, is originally from Brooks, just down the road. Carroll Cosmetic Club is the cosmetic arm of the Peachtree City Dermatology practice: injectables, laser hair removal, laser facials, microneedling, peels, SkinWave facials, and medical-grade skincare, inside a dermatology office at Wilshire Pavilion rather than a storefront. That is the Cosmetic on the monument sign.
Do I need to be a Peachtree City Dermatology patient?+
No. The Peachtree City studio is open to everyone. Book online, or call or text (770) 609-3376; no referral is needed. If you already see Peachtree City Dermatology, your cosmetic care lives in the same building and the same record. Dermatology and cosmetic visits are separate appointments, and we can often coordinate them on the same day.

Roughly 30 minutes with our cosmetic consulter and your provider. We talk through your concerns, photograph your skin with the VISIA system (spots, wrinkles, texture, pores, UV damage, brown spots, red areas, and porphyrins, with a TruSkin Age estimate), and map a personalized plan. The consultation and the VISIA analysis are complimentary, a $500 value, with no obligation.
Do you take walk-ins in Peachtree City?+
We recommend booking ahead, online or by call or text at (770) 609-3376, but walk-ins are welcome and accommodated based on availability. The Peachtree City studio is open Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
