About the treatment
Xeomin® delivers the same wrinkle-relaxing action as BOTOX® and Dysport®, formulated without complexing proteins. For guests who plan on long-term tox maintenance, that streamlined formulation is a meaningful point of difference, and for Club members it is also the most economical option we offer.
Club members get Xeomin® for as low as $9 per unit, with member packages that lock in that rate in bulk. As with everything at Carroll Cosmetic Club, your dosing map is built by injectors working under the medical direction of our board-certified dermatologist.

What to expect
Your visit takes about 30 minutes: a quick consult, a series of precise micro-injections, and you are done. Most guests describe a few quick pinches. Return to normal activities immediately. Just skip strenuous exercise and avoid rubbing the treated area for the rest of the day.

Prep & aftercare

Before your visit+
- No special skin prep needed. You may keep your regular skincare routine before your appointment.
- Tell us if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have ever had a reaction to a neuromodulator. Treatment would not be appropriate.
- Let us know about any neurological conditions before booking; some guests are not ideal candidates.
Aftercare, hour by hour+
First 4 hours
- Stay upright: no napping or lying face-down.
First 24 hours
- Skip strenuous exercise and alcohol.
First week
- Don't rub, massage, or use a facial roller on the treated area.
First 2 weeks
- Hold off on other facial treatments: lasers, facials, massages.
When results appear+
Results typically begin in 3–7 days and reach full effect around two weeks. With consistent treatment, the targeted muscles gradually weaken, and many guests find results last longer over time.
