Dysport®

Dysport® is an FDA-approved neuromodulator that softens frown lines and other dynamic wrinkles by relaxing the muscles beneath them. It works like BOTOX® with a slightly faster typical onset and a natural spread that many injectors favor for larger areas like the forehead.

About the treatment

Dysport® has been used worldwide for decades to soften glabellar (frown) lines and other dynamic wrinkles. Its formulation diffuses slightly more than BOTOX®, which skilled injectors use to create smooth, even results across broader areas — and its onset is often a day or two faster.

At Carroll Cosmetic Club, Dysport® is a member favorite for a simple reason: Club members get Dysport® for as low as $9 per unit. Every dosing plan is built by injectors working under the medical direction of our board-certified dermatologist, and Dysport® treatments earn Aspire Galderma Rewards automatically.

Watch

How Dysport works

Dysport® is a neuromodulator like Botox, with a formulation that spreads a touch more smoothly across larger areas and often shows results a day or two sooner.

  1. MapYour injector maps dosing to your facial anatomy — Dysport units are counted differently than Botox, so your plan is quoted in Dysport terms at a free consultation.
  2. TreatTiny injections across the mapped points — about 10 minutes, well suited to broader areas like the forehead.
  3. SettleMany guests notice softening in as little as 2–3 days, with full results at about two weeks.
  4. MaintainResults typically last 3–4 months. Club members get Dysport for as low as $9 per unit, which makes quarterly maintenance the easy habit.

Why we love it

Fast onset

Dysport often shows results a day or two sooner than other relaxers — helpful before an event.

Prep & aftercare

Simple rules, big payoff — here is exactly how to protect your result. You will also get these in writing after your visit.

Before your visit+
  • No special skin prep needed — you may keep your regular skincare routine before your appointment.
  • Tell us if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have ever had a reaction to a neuromodulator — treatment would not be appropriate.
  • Let us know about any neurological conditions before booking; some guests are not ideal candidates.
Aftercare, hour by hour+

First 4 hours

  • Stay upright — no napping or lying face-down.

First 24 hours

  • Skip strenuous exercise and alcohol.

First week

  • Don't rub, massage, or use a facial roller on the treated area.

First 2 weeks

  • Hold off on other facial treatments — lasers, facials, massages.
When results appear+
Results typically begin in 3–7 days and reach full effect around two weeks. With consistent treatment, the targeted muscles gradually weaken, and many guests find results last longer over time.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between Dysport and Botox?+
Both are FDA-approved neuromodulators that relax wrinkle-causing muscles. Dysport® often shows results a day or two sooner and spreads slightly more — useful for larger areas like the forehead. Duration is similar at 3–4 months.
How many units of Dysport will I need?+
Dysport® units are measured differently than BOTOX® units — a typical conversion is roughly 2.5–3 Dysport® units per BOTOX® unit, so a larger unit count does not mean more medicine. Your injector builds the equivalent dose for your anatomy.
Why is Dysport so affordable for members?+
Dysport® and Xeomin® as low as $9 per unit (with member packages) is one of the core Club perks, alongside 15% off everything — it is how regular tox maintenance becomes genuinely affordable. See The Club for details.
How long does Dysport last?+
Like other neuromodulators, results typically last 3–4 months, with maintenance visits keeping results continuous.

The Dermatology Difference

Physician medical direction

Every protocol operates under the medical direction of a board-certified dermatologist — not a franchise playbook.

Inside a dermatology practice

Our studios live inside real dermatology offices, with Mohs surgery and a dermatopathology lab behind the same walls.

Medical screening first

Health history and skin assessment before any treatment — and a Visia analysis so recommendations start from data.

A physician in the building

If anything ever needs a doctor’s eye, one is down the hall — not on a phone line.
