Carroll Cosmetic Club is the cosmetic dermatology practice of West Georgia Dermatology, with studios in Carrollton, Newnan, and Peachtree City, Georgia. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, www.carrollcosmeticclub.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only, not to information collected in our offices or through patient care.
As a medical practice, we comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Protected health information you share with us as a patient (in our studios, through our patient portal, or in connection with treatment) is governed by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, available at any of our offices, not by this website policy. Please do not submit medical details through general website channels; share them with us directly at your visit or by phone.
Information you provide. This website does not require an account. If you contact us by the email addresses or phone numbers listed on the site, we receive whatever you choose to send: typically your name, contact details, and your question.
Treatment Finder quiz. If you use our Treatment Finder at /quiz/, we collect the answers you choose (your cosmetic concerns, skin type, age range, comfort level, skincare habits, and preferred studio) together with your name, email address, date of birth and mobile number. We use them to build and email you your personalized plan, to follow up with you about it, and to understand which treatments and products visitors are interested in. We use your date of birth and mobile number to set up your guest profile in our booking system. Your date of birth is not shared with our email service provider, and your mobile number reaches it only if you tick a text-message box. Responses are stored securely with Cloudflare and in our secure business systems, and the emails are sent through Brevo, our email service provider. If you tick the optional email box, we will also send you offers, events, and skin tips by email; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message or the contacts below. Online booking and purchases. Appointment booking, membership enrollment, gift cards, and package purchases are handled by Zenoti, our scheduling and point-of-sale provider, at booking.carrollcosmeticclub.com (a Zenoti-hosted domain). Information you enter there (such as your name, contact details, appointment selections, and payment information) is collected and processed by Zenoti on our behalf under its own privacy policy and security practices. We never see or store your full payment card details on this website.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to collect technical information about your visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring links, and general usage patterns. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare, which maintains standard server logs for security and performance.
We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site, and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure our advertising and reach people who may be interested in our services. These tools set cookies and may collect device identifiers and browsing activity on our site.
Your choices. Strictly necessary functionality (like booking and your saved preferences) never depends on these tools. Some pages embed videos from YouTube; YouTube may set its own cookies when a video is played. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced embed mode where possible.

We do not share personally identifiable information with third parties except: with service providers who operate the site and our business on our behalf (such as Zenoti, Cloudflare, Brevo, Google, and Meta, each bound to use the information only to provide their service); when required by law, court order, or subpoena; to protect the rights, property, or safety of our patients, staff, or others; or to complete a transaction you have requested.
If you opt in to receive text messages from us (for example, by ticking the text-message box on our Treatment Finder), we collect your mobile number, the consent you gave and when you gave it, and we use them only to send the messages you chose at the point of consent: transactional texts (appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to your requests) and/or marketing texts (reminders when you are due for a visit, appointment openings, offers, events and skin tips), each a separate box. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving care. Requests concerning medical records are handled under HIPAA through our offices. We limit access to personal information to staff who need it for their role, and our vendors are contractually required to safeguard the data they process for us.
