Filler at Peachtree City Dermatology
Carroll Cosmetic Club is the cosmetic side of Peachtree City Dermatology. Filler here happens in the building where the practice’s dermatologists see patients and where its own dermatopathology lab is based. There is one front desk and one patient record. Every filler plan is under the medical direction of Sarah Wilson, MD, board-certified dermatologist, who sees patients in this building.
The boxes in the photo above were photographed at this office, and they are the filler family our injectors work with: Restylane®-L, Restylane® Kysse, Restylane® Defyne, and Restylane® Eyelight. Each is a hyaluronic-acid gel that can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if you ever want it softened, and your injector recommends one for each area at your consultation.
Parking and check-in at Wilshire Pavilion
You will find the studio at 112 Wilshire Village Drive, Peachtree City, GA 30269, inside Wilshire Pavilion on the corner of Highway 74 and Rockaway Road, a few minutes from Starr’s Mill. Parking is free at the door, and golf carts have their own parking out front. Check in at the Peachtree City Dermatology desk and mention Carroll Cosmetic Club. Under-eye filler with Restylane® Eyelight
A hollow between the lower lid and the cheek casts a shadow that reads as tiredness, however much you sleep. At our studios it is treated with Restylane® Eyelight, a 0.5 mL syringe, one per visit, and one syringe often treats both sides. Not every dark circle is a hollow, though: pigment, allergies, and puffiness need a different plan, and your consultation sorts out which you have. Cheeks, chin, and jawline
Cheeks usually take one or two syringes, the chin one or two, and the jawline two or three. For deeper structure along the jawline, some plans use Radiesse®, a calcium hydroxylapatite filler that adds volume right away, stimulates collagen, and typically lasts 12–24 months. If you would rather see volume return gradually, Sculptra® prompts your skin to rebuild its own collagen over two or three sessions spaced four to six weeks apart.
Your filler appointment, step by step
Here is what to expect from a first filler visit at Wilshire Pavilion.
- Talk it throughTell us what bothers you in photos or in the mirror. A VISIA Skin Analysis images your skin, and your injector studies your features and proportions.
- Choose the product and the amountYour injector recommends a product for each area and the number of syringes it needs. We go over your plan and pricing at your free consultation.
- Numb and treatTopical numbing plus the lidocaine built into most hyaluronic-acid fillers keeps treatment comfortable. The injecting takes about 20 minutes, and most visits run 30 to 45 minutes.
- Review at two weeksSwelling settles over one to two weeks, and we invite you back to review your result and fine-tune.
Aftercare and timing
Plan filler at least two weeks before a big event, because bruising or swelling can last a few days. On the first day, expect some tenderness and firmness, use Tylenol and ice packs if you need them, skip strenuous exercise, and keep makeup and products off the injection sites until the next day. For two weeks after, avoid dental work, immunizations, laser treatments, and other cosmetic procedures. Your aftercare instructions list the warning signs that need a call right away, such as white or dusky skin or severe pain. Filler is not appropriate during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Individual results vary.
What filler costs in Peachtree City
A syringe of filler is $799 at list and $679 for Club members, the same price as in Newnan and Carrollton. Club members can buy three syringes for $1,500, as low as $500 a syringe, for lips, cheeks, smile lines, or chin, placed across more than one visit if you like. Restylane® Eyelight for under the eyes is $999, or $849 for members. Two sessions of Sculptra® or Radiesse® are $1,800, or $1,530 for members. Filler at Wilshire Pavilion is placed by our expert injectors, who are nurse practitioners, under the medical direction of Sarah Wilson, MD, a dual board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs and cosmetic dermatologic surgeon. The Peachtree City studio page introduces the team with credentials, and you can ask for a specific injector when you book, subject to availability.
Serving Fayette County
Guests come to Wilshire Pavilion for filler from Fayetteville, Tyrone, Brooks, Senoia, Sharpsburg, Griffin, and the Starr’s Mill area, along with the rest of Fayette County. If Newnan or Carrollton is closer, the same treatments and pricing are available for filler in Newnan at Ashley Park and filler in Carrollton on Dixie Street.
