Your skin should be clean for treatment so we can properly assess your skin and determine where to make injections. If you wear makeup to your appointment, we’ll remove it before your service. Post treatment, we also don't advise reapplying makeup immediately following, as you should avoid touching your face as much as possible for the next 24 hours.

You'll start to see results almost immediately, and can expect to see full results in about 2 weeks.

Everyone is different, but typically results last anywhere from 12-24 months. It really depends on the amount we use and your aesthetic goals.

One of the things that makes dermal fillers so great is there's little downtime. There's no reason you can't go back to work afterwards, although keep in mind that you may experience some redness, swelling or bruising.

Pre-Treatment
1 week before
Avoid aspirin, NSAIDs, fish oil, and vitamin E to reduce bruising risk — do not stop prescribed medications without consulting your physician
2–3 days before
Arnica tablets may help reduce bruising risk. Avoid alcohol 48 hrs prior.
Disclose
Cold sore / HSV history, autoimmune disorders, immunosuppressants, active infection, prior fillers or facial surgeries
Not a candidate if
Pregnant, breastfeeding, or allergic to any Radiesse ingredients (calcium hydroxylapatite)
During Treatment
Expect
Calcium hydroxylapatite filler injected via needle or cannula — immediate volumizing effect with long-term collagen stimulation
Normal side effects
Swelling, bruising, redness, and tenderness — typically resolves in 3–7 days
Results timeline
Immediate volume · Collagen builds over 3–6 months · Results last 12–18 months. Unlike HA fillers, Radiesse is not reversible with hyaluronidase.
Post Treatment
First 24 hrs
No makeup or products on injection sites. Avoid touching with unclean hands. Ice packs and Tylenol for discomfort. No strenuous exercise or alcohol.
First week
Avoid sun, saunas, and excessive heat. No facial massage or pressure on treated areas. SPF 30+ daily.
First 2 weeks
No dental work, laser treatments, or cosmetic procedures
