Why pulse control matters
A CO₂ laser improves skin by vaporizing microscopic columns of damaged tissue. The art is delivering enough energy to resurface without leaving excess heat behind — residual heat is what causes prolonged redness, downtime, and risk. The Tetra's signature H-Pulse delivers very high peak power in extremely short pulses, which is precisely what makes a true CoolPeel possible: clean ablation, minimal thermal leftovers, days of recovery instead of weeks.
One platform, many dials
The same Tetra also lets us tune pulse shape and depth for different jobs — a gentle first-time CoolPeel, a more assertive series for texture and sun damage, or focused work around the eyes and mouth. That tunability means your series can start conservative and build, rather than one-size-fits-all settings.

Every CoolPeel protocol here is set under the medical direction of a board-certified dermatologist and delivered by laser-certified practitioners, inside a dermatology practice at all three of our studios.
