CoolPeel® is a fractional CO₂ laser treatment that resurfaces the top layer of skin — improving texture, pores, fine lines, and sun damage — with only a few days of mild redness instead of the week-plus recovery of traditional CO₂ resurfacing. It's delivered with the DEKA Tetra, and it's one of the most-requested treatments at Carroll Cosmetic Club.
What does CoolPeel treat?
CoolPeel targets the skin-quality complaints that creams can't fix: rough or uneven texture, enlarged pores, fine lines (especially around the eyes and mouth), sun damage, dullness, and mild acne scarring. Because it removes and remodels the outermost damaged layer, results read as "healthier skin," not "had a procedure."
How is it different from a traditional CO2 laser?
Traditional CO₂ resurfacing delivers sustained heat deep into tissue — very effective, but with 1–2 weeks of raw, visible recovery. The DEKA Tetra delivers high energy in extremely short pulses, so the skin gets the resurfacing stimulus without the lingering heat that causes prolonged downtime. What is the downtime, honestly?
Plan on looking sunburn-pink for 24–48 hours, with a dry, sandpapery feel and light flaking for a few days. Most guests run errands the next day. You'll skip makeup briefly, moisturize generously, and be strict about SPF — full aftercare comes home with you in writing.
How many treatments will I need, and what does it cost?
